Antonio Saillant has been talking about making a movie about the 1979 Old Tappan football team for several years. It’s one of the more interesting chapters in North Jersey football history, a team on a long losing streak that finally found success, largely due to the efforts and leadership of Antonio’s brother Angel. The filmmaker and green activist has been paying close attention to this year’s Golden Knights squad, while also making final preparations for his grand project.
